            Budget Friendly Lunchbox Idea:
                Slow-cooked Shredded Beef for sandwiches.
Ingredients:
500gm packet Beef Chuck (or slow cooker beef)
                20gms French onion soup mix
                30gms butter
Pop into the slow cooker on low for 4 hours! (Check after 3.5hrs). Once cooked take out of slow cooker, rest for 5 minutes before shredding.
Serve in a toasted bun or wrap with BBQ sauce or with your favourite condiment (Branson Pickle is mine!)
If you want to have a little juice at the bottom you can pop in a dash of beef stock – or my favourite, wipe the bottom with ranch dressing gives it a little yummy kick of flavour – It does cook in it’s own juices perfectly fine.
