We love sushi rice in our household.. especially when we make it into shapes!

You can view my “How to make Rice Balls” .

Or you can get a cookie cutter. Place it on the plate. Put Rice into the mold, and then pat down. Carefully lift up the cookie cutter while holding the rice. Be careful! Sushi Rice is sticky!

On the menu:
Rice Shapes (Heart and Bear) with Cheese and Ham (and the bear has a seaweed face!)
Sliced Apple
Tomato (with a tomato food pick)
Strawberry (with Minnie Mouse)
Sausages (with Donald Duck)
Blueberries
