Personal Note:
I create lunches for my daughter every day. I started making Bento Lunches for her when she was 18 months old. She started kindy earlier this year (Feb 2014) and even though I had been making Bento lunches for her for the last four years, most of the time it was on a plate, not a lunchbox. My daughter eats a minimal amount of food. So I serve her almost the same lunch every day, but every day there is something different, something added and taken away and a different look. It keeps her interested in trying new foods without taking away the foods she loves and knows.

All you have to do is open that cupboard door or fridge and know that there is something in there you can put into that lunchbox. Lunchbox Ideas come from just simple ingredients. Dairy, Carbs, Protein, Fruit and Vegetables. Pop it into the lunchbox with a lunchbag and an iceblock and you are ready to go!
