This is my most use cookie dough recipe – Freezable Cookies Recipe

We use SR Flour and Custard Powder. This makes the Freezable Cookies Recipe taste a little like melting moments! Always a hit at parties!

Roll cookie dough into approx 25 cm L x 3 cm W logs and wrap them up in glad wrap, pop into the freezer and bring out when you need biscuits (approx 25 per log at this size).
Slice straight from frozen onto a baking tray with baking paper.
10 minutes in the oven, once cooled they are ready to eat!
