An Egg Salad is delicious.. I have put my own little spin on creating an Egg Salad for my children – a smiling egg.
On the menu:
Egg Salad: Baby Spinach Leaves, Carrot, Celery, Sweetcorn, BBQ Chicken, Leftover Sausages and a Hard Boiled Egg with a small bit cut out and using seaweed (nori) for eyes.
Strawberries
Fish Shaped Vanilla Cupcake (using the Animal Silicone Cups) with gel icing.
Served in the Panda Lunchbox.
