My son MasterS loves this as part of his Baby Led Feeding meals

Serves 2 (Ingredients can definitely be doubled)

Ingredients:
200gms Angel Hair Pasta (they say 100gms per person is enough!) – Cooked as instructed
1 Thick piece of Salmon
1/2 Sliced onion
1/2 cup Snow Peas sliced
1/2 cup Asparagus sliced
1/2 red chilli deseeded and sliced
1/2 cup Thickened Cream
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Salt/Pepper to taste (can leave out salt for Baby Led Feeding)

Instructions:
In Saucepan cook pasta to al-dente (cooked as instructed).
3 minutes before pasta finished add Snow Peas and Asparagus.
Drain and put back in saucepan
While Pasta is cooking – in fry pan, saute onion and add red chilli at the end – put in bowl and set aside
Panfry Salmon Steak – 2 minutes on each side – or until cooked to your liking.
Once Salmon cooked – flake using two forks.
Add Onion, Chilli and Salmon to saucepan and add Cayenne Pepper and Cream.
Cook on low heat, until cream is heated through.

Notes:
I like to add any vegetables that are in the fridge needing to be cooked and make a real big meal out of it.
