Pac-Man become an icon of the video game culture during the 1980s, it even had its own tv series!!

A Christmas present to me was Pacman Cookie Cutters!

I love my new cookie cutters.. I have already started planning my Husband’s 30th birthday featuring these cutters as cookies…

On the menu:
Peanut Butter Pacman and Ghost Sandwich (with candy eyes), Peanuts, Raisins, Organic Puffs, Popcorn.

I created a path with the Organic Puff’s for Pacman to find the Ghosts.
I know my daughter wouldn’t understand, but my Husband thought it was hilarious and wanted his lunch the same.

What 80′s computer game would you like created in a sandwich?

Christmas is over, but I am still munching on my Christmas treats!!

There are various recipes on google for Tim Tam Balls.. I read alot of them and made my own decision on how I would do them! And they were a big success and only took 5 minutes!

Tim Tam Balls Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Packet of Tim Tams (any flavour!)
1/2 Packet of Plain Biscuits
1 small can of Condensed Milk
1/2 packet of Top Deck Chocolate (grated)

Instructions:
Blitz biscuits in food processor until crumbs.
Pour into a bowl and add Condensed Milk.
Refrigerate for atleast 30 minutes (as you can’t roll gloopy mixture!)
Roll into balls.
Roll balls in grated chocolate

Eat – keep these refrigerated for up to a 2 weeks (if they last that long!)

Or pop them into a special party bag and give them to your Mothers Group, Play Group or as Christmas Gifts! Get your party bags here!

I hope everyone had a safe and healthy and happy Christmas!! My little man left me with minimal sleep and a few power spews at 3am (for 3 nights running!) and my darling husband has “man flu” symptoms!

Although we had a lovely Turducken on Christmas Eve – (Turducken is a dish consisting of a de-boned chicken stuffed into a de-boned duck, which is in turn stuffed into a de-boned turkey) it had too much stuffing and definitely not enough meat (and fell apart when you sliced it!) My mother in law jumped on the Turducken bandwagon as the ‘in thing’ for Christmas.

Christmas Day was hot (39.6 in Perth!) and we spent it in the swimming pool at my parents. Turkey, Ham, Lamb, Prawns and Salmon was on the menu…

Boxing Day.. Chinese Takeaway and Dr Who. I had Stirfry BBQ Pork…

Which meant that the last three days I had 8 different styles of meat. I am definitely stuffed!

On the menu for lunch:
Peanut Butter Bunny Sandwiches, Bunny Cheese, BBQ Chicken, Celery, Philly Cheese dip, Grape Tomatoes and a Rocky Road Crunch (recipe soon!)

MissC was more interested in the bunny sandwiches than the tomatoes.

What fruit or vegetables are you trying to get your children to eat, but continue to refuse?

As you know I have decided to take up the (at Christmas time when I will be eating lots of yummy things like my Tim Tam Rocky Road Crunch!) and lots of turkey, ham, Quality Streets, Twiglets, Cheese, Trifle, Pavlova but not Christmas Pudding (as I don’t like cooked fruit!) and did I mention Quality Streets? mMMmm Quality Streets..

Tonight I will be eating a Chicken rolled in a Duck rolled in a Turkey… not sure if Ham, Beef or the Goose is coming along to that party.. but my Mother in Law is definitely amping up the Christmas Turkey tradition one notch this year with the CDT!

Weigh in (or measure in) this morning..

Last week I showed you my first week of the . I was blown away by the immediate results.. I can see the flabbyness is going.. the pinching of my stomach is definitely less and I have also lost about half a kilo in weight!

The weightloss may have something to do with my cleaning frenzy I went on last week.

I certainly worked up a sweat with the Slendertone and the mop!

So the results are in. Day One, Day Seven and then the all important Day 15!
